Dr. Durham is a licensed clinical psychologist who trained in the integrative psychology/theology program at Western Seminary after receiving a degree in Missions from Harding University. He has been heavily involved in small groups for 4 decades. Regularly serving as a small group leader, having been the small groups pastor for a growing new church plant centered on small groups, and leading psychology treatment groups has given him significant practical insight into small groups. For the past decade, Mitch has been shifting his thinking about the purpose and function of small groups . His emphasis is now on the micro-groups embodied by LifeChange Partners.
